Adopt-A-Highway

Hurricane Irene prevented our August cleanup, so this is our rescheduled event. Please help if you can. We clean 2 miles of Route82 and need as many volunteers as possible to accomplish this task in a timely manner (about 2 hours). Meet at the parking lotacross from the State Trooper Barracks on the corner ofRoute 44 and Route 82 in the Town ofWashington. This is just east of the -Taconic State Parkway, between Millbrook and Pleasant Valley. Wear long pants, work gloves, work boots. I will provide trash bags and trash pickers.
