Mid-Hudson Bicycle Club

Starting Place: Dutchess Rail Trail Parking Lot, Overrocker Road, Town of Poughkeepsie. A ride with an Irish
theme! This ride, suitable for beginners, will venture through a quiet, suburban subdivision with street names
like Ireland Drive, Shamrock Circle and Dublin Lane and then go along a section ofthe Dutchess Rail Trail,
passing by the largest Celtic Cross in this hemisphere, easuly seen from the paved trail. An optional route back
goes past The Dubliner Irish Pub and Nellie Kelly's Restaurant. There will be a sweep for beginners who want
to return via the Rail Trail. Last year there were Men-in-Kilts around, so, ladies, maybe we'll have similar
